"The Nanny" is an American Comedy TV Series starring Fran Drescher, Charles Shaughnessy, Daniel Davis, Lauren Lane, Nicholle Tom, Benjamin Salisbury, Madeline Zima, Renee Taylor, Ann Guilbert and Rachel Chagall was created by Fran Drescher and Peter Marc Jacobson, produced by Dorothy Lyman and directed by Dorothy Lyman himself and Lee Shallat.

"The Nanny" TV Series consists of six different seasons namely, season 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and season 6 and nearly 143 episodes. It is a story about a nasal voiced Fran Fine (a character played by Fran Drescher) who is from Flushing, Queens. Fran plays the role of a bridal consultant in her boyfriend's shop. She first appeared on the doorstep of Broadway producer Maxwell Sheffield (played by Charles Shaughnessy) peddling cosmetics, and quickly stumbled upon the opportunity to become the Nanny for his three children. Sooner Fran along with her offbeat nurturing and honest character has attracted Maxwell and his children.

And, after five years of blue collar meets blue blood, as Fran gave Maxwell and his children a healthy dose of "Queen's logic," she won her way into the heart of prim and proper Maxwell and he finally made the flashy girl from Flushing his bride.

Now Fran uses her influence over the three children, though not always what their father expectations continues to flourish. Together she and Maxwell goes as husband and wife, will nurture Maggie (played by Nicholle Tom), who is a bloomed from the sky, uncomfortable teenage changes into a confident young woman. Brighton (played by Benjamin Salisbury), who is a teenage discovering girl and was just a little fanatical with the trust fund and Grace (played by Madeline Zima) who doesn't need a therapist for her guidance that she has Fran.
