The Nanny TV Show was broadcast in the United Kingdom; it received enormous number of reviews from the viewers making a complaint about the English accent used by Maxwell in the series. On episode #143, "The Baby Shower", Fran Drescher appeared as herself and then she told about the character which she was doing in The Nanny TV Show and she suggested the audience to stay glued for the final episode of The Nanny which was to be aired in the TV in the next week.

In the year 2004, The Nanny cast and crew decided to have a Reunion as it was nearly 5 years for them to have made a mark from the end of the series. They had a great show at the end and everyone was happy and it was telecasted to the audience and every one was expecting The Nanny to begin soon, so that they can expect another comic series in the TV.
